Back from Boston

We are back from Boston and had a lovely time, despite the stomach bug that infected Gus and kept us from fulfilling all our plans. We were most sad that we did not get up to Maine to visit family nor in to the Public Garden to see Mr. and Mrs. Mallard. Luckily we saw a duck couple (and some gigantic koi) at Lars Anderson Park. And I was so thankful to have a break from meal planning and cooking, and help with taking care of Gus when he was sick. Hopefully (knock on wood) our trip in May will be germ-free.
