Less than two months until Halloween. Gus and I discussed costume options the whole ride back from the beach and made this superhero mask when we got home.

 
But it can be lonely being a superhero . . .

 
so we made a mask for Theo.

 
Luckily we have time to perfect this before the big day.

We had a great week at the beach . . . I mean at the boardwalk and mini-golf courses. We did not spend much time on the beach due to high winds and then rain, but Gus and Theo did not seem to mind.

This year Gus and Theo got in line to ride the roller coaster. At the last minute Gus decided he did not want to ride. Theo insisted on going without him.

He was brave, but really too young for a roller coaster.

Gus has a new passion. He got three hole-in-ones in one game! And a couple of others on other days.

 
Theo was good sport about all the golf.

 
When Aunt Marge and Uncle Jerry came down they treated us to a second evening at the boardwalk.

Given the option I think they would live at the boardwalk.
