new toy

The other day while we were playing at Fitler Square, Gus discovered a new favorite toy--a spray bottle. Addley and William each had one that they got at the dollar store. I read that spray bottles, set to mist, are great birthday entertainment and was thinking about getting some for Theo's party, and was sold once I witnessed Gus playing with one for the better part of an hour. He had so much fun spraying plants, himself, the air, strangers that agreed to be sprayed. He kept asking people if he could spray them as they walked by. Some said no but he kept asking until he got some takers. There is nothing shy about Gus.

We stopped at the dollar store and picked up the last nine bottles for the party, and had a lot of fun testing two out in the garden.


Well, Theo could not actually spray the bottle.


So he was the main target.


But he did not mind.
